Marianne Thai

Marianne started recruiting in 2005, with a vast majority of that time focused in the oil and gas industry. She received her Master’s with an emphasis in Human Resources and started working in recruitment shortly after, where she discovered recruiting was her passion. She approaches her work with such fervor, allowing her to successfully help others achieve their professional goals.

She was inducted into The Pinnacle Society, a consortium of leading recruiters, in 2015 and has served as a Board Member since 2017.
